Why did you propose unknown Brand name for scientific instruments ?
R:
The European market is fixed on major brand name, and didn’t expect that number of other performing manufacturers from far east country like Korea, Japan, China and India can propose very interesting alternative without any loss in quality and performances. The fact is also that many major manufacturers didn’t manufacture the sold instruments, they work on OEM basis and use only specific colors or stickers to change the appearance of the instruments.
Why did you propose such a low prices for scientific instruments ?
R:
As before, the European market have get the habit that scientific instruments must be proposed at high price, it’s correct only for some highly technological instruments, but for a large number of instruments, you can find very interesting alternative, mainly directly from OEM manufacturers.
A part of our work is to discover performing manufacturers ( all ISO 9001 and 14000 certified ) that propose very performing instruments at affordable price.
You can now cut your investment for your laboratory equipment without any loss in performances or quality .
Which warranty do we have with the instruments you sell ?
R:
All instrument we sell comes with a complete warranty covering the instrument . The part covered by this warranty are all the electronic boards, the sensors, the connections. The parts not covered by the warranty are all wearable parts like battery, detectors electrodes, glass / quartz parts and normal consumable parts.
The warranty are applied on all instruments which are used in the normal condition of use defined by the manufacturer, so you get a very good warranty protection, up to 2 years on many instruments like all the Mitsubishi Chemical Analytec Co, the HPLC and GC from Young Lin , etc...
Our technical staff is at disposal for all technical services and maintenance on our instrument, within 24 hours.
Additional warranty can be defined together with yearly maintenance contract, you need only to contact us to define which solution is the best for you.
How can you propose such a low prices ?
R:
The first reason is because we are working directly with the manufacturer of instruments, so less intermediate = lower price.
The second reason is that we are searching on the world market about performing and dynamic staff which correspond to our quality requirement. These requirements are defined with the constant feedback we receive from our customer, so you can be sure that the instruments we propose are performing instruments at best price.
Last reason is that we don’t spend huge money for costly exhibition or advertisement, because finally , the customer have to pay it !
Your HPLC systems YL 9100 are very similar to Agilent 1100 and 1200 one , did you propose a copy of them ?
R:
No definitively not, it’s not a copy. Actually you can find many HPLC instrument and Young Lin is developing his own system using the up to date knowledge in solvent pumping and HPLC detection technology. The fact is that the most important in an analytical instrument is the technical characteristics and you have to compare performances first and check it with the cost of such instrument. It’s then easy to see that Young Lin provide very interesting alternative without any loss in quality and performances. We can easy say that for the same price of an 1200 you can get 2 complete instrument.
Remember also the fact that many major manufacturers didn’t manufacture completely the sold instruments, they work on OEM basis and use only specific colors or stickers to change the appearance of the instruments.
