HTL GC autosampler and Headspace module
Optimized to fit on practically all GC on the market with an affordable price
HT200H
Designed to satisfy the most demanding needs of robustness and ease of use, HT200H represents the ideal solution for static head space injection in GC analysis.
Operations
The user places the sample vials in the tray. The vials are picked up by the autosampler grip and placed in the oven where they are heated and shaken in order to permit the analytes to pass in gas phase and to reach equilibrium. At that point the syringe aspirates the head space vapors from each vial and injects them into the GC injector. Finally the vials are automatically put back to the tray while a syringe cleaning procedure is activated.
To obtain the highest sample throughput, the progressive sample transfer into the oven assures that one sample is heated while the previous one is analyzed in order to avoid the waiting time between each run. Up to 6 vials can be heated simultaneously in the oven.
Reliability
HT200H eliminates, through a short flow path, any source of error, such as vial pressurization, valve switching, loop filling or transfer lines assuring repeatability and continuity of the operations.
HT200H stands for its high repeatability (RSD up to <1%) and for its minimal carryover.
Flexibility
It's an extremely compact system that mounts directly on the GC with no requirements for additional bench space. By its flexibility and its modular configuration, more or less recent, available on the market.
The tray can be configured in the right or left position and it can serve up to two injectors without any hardware change.
It supports 40 positions removable sample tray for vials of 10 or 20ml and it can use syringes with volume of 2.5ml (standard head space application) or 5ml.
Easy to buy, easy to use and easy to maintain
HT200H offers excellent performances at a right cost: it is cheaper than its peer competitors. It is extremely easy to use: it can be controlled by the integrated keypad, the dedicated user-friendly
The removable tray and the accessible syringe location make its maintenance very simple and fast.

HT310
Need high levels of reproducibility that an autosampler provides, but do not run large sample batches?
HT310A is the answer.
HT310A is a liquid GC autosampler derived from HT300A. This special version has a fixed tray that holds up to 10 sample vials and that gives the autosampler a very small footprint. It uses a similar interface to the HT300A and can be interfaced with all Gas Chromatographs.
The functionality and the ease of use remain the same as the 110 position HT300A and the software control is available if required.
HT310A: it is the entry level version and can not be upgraded with a 110-position tray.

HT 280 T All in one
The HT280T is an all-in-one autosampler that combines in a single unit a traditional liquid sample injection, a static headspace and a SPME (Solid Phase micro-extraction) autosampler.
Changing from Liquid to Headspace or to SPME is as simple as changing the sample tray, syringe and vial sensor (about 5 minutes in total without the need to remove the autosampler from the GC). Conversion kits are supplied according to your needs (kit for liquid, head-space and SPME can be provisioned separately). Just one simple tool (supplied) is required for the conversion which takes around 5 minutes to complete with the autosampler in situ.
Solid Phase Micro Extraction (SPME) is a valid GC sample technique able to further increase laboratory productivity by offering a significant reduction in sample preparation time.
In one-step process, you will be able to perform extraction, concentration and introduction of analytes into GC. No hazardous solvent and no large extraction solvent quantity is necessary.
Furthermore no solvent injection and fast analytes desorbtion improve minimum detection limits.
With SPME analytes are absorbed onto the stationary phases coated or either fused silica or metal fibers. Then the analytes are thermally desorbed from the fiber to a GC inlet onto a capillary column. SPME techniques could require headspace or liquid extraction: HT280T performs both by setting vial penetration depth.
HT280T supports derivatisation pre- or post-extraction phase as application notes could require. Extraction is performed in the heated oven also through gently rocking (rocking speed is programmable): low speeds are supported to reduce mechanical stress on fiber. Oven door is kept closed during extraction: therefore the temperature is constant during extraction (it is very important in long time extraction).
Fiber cleaning after liquid extraction is supported; furthermore cleaning after desorbtion is supported too by injector or by an external cleaning device (optional).
SPME products are sold under license from SUPELCO under U.S. Patent 5,691,206 and/or any divisions, continuations or revisions thereof.
